Kliik Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Kliik is a service provided by Feather-rsvp, inc. (a Delaware corporation, “Kliik,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We care deeply about privacy and strive to be transparent about how we treat your personal information.

This policy explains our privacy practices for the Kliik website at app.kliik.co (the “Site”) and any related services and APIs we provide (together, the “Services”). It applies to our registered members (“Members”) and anyone else who visits the Site or uses the Services (“you” and “your”). Kliik is currently an invitation-only, pre-idea accelerator and community: Members create profiles, share short videos of their progress, and give and receive feedback.

This policy does not apply to third parties whose services you choose to connect or share information with. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understand this policy.

1. What Information We Collect

We collect information that relates to you (your “personal information”) in the following ways:

Account & identity information

  • Your Google account details used to sign in — your name, email address, and Google profile identifier. We use Google Sign-In and do not store a password for you.
  • Profile information you choose to add, such as your photo, bio, type (technical, business, or other), external links (for example GitHub or LinkedIn), and a booking link.

Content you create

  • The videos you upload and the titles and descriptions you post.
  • Voice recordings you submit as feedback on other Members’ posts, and the text derived from them (see “Voice feedback and AI processing” below).
  • Votes and other interactions you make on the Services.

Service & technical information

  • Details of your activity on the platform (including logins, browser information, settings, and preferences).
  • Your interactions with our support team.
  • Analytics and cookie information from first- and third-party cookies.

2. Voice Feedback and AI Processing

A core feature of Kliik is spoken feedback. When you record voice feedback on a post, we process the audio using automated speech-to-text and language-model (AI) systems in order to (a) transcribe it, (b) remove details that would identify you as the person who left the feedback, and (c) rewrite it into clear, constructive notes. We currently use third-party AI services provided by Google Cloud (including Speech-to-Text and Gemini) to perform this processing, and we may change or add providers over time.

The resulting feedback is delivered anonymously and privately to the Member who made the post — your identity as the author of the feedback is not shown to them. We delete the raw audio recording after it has been processed. We may retain the de-identified text and limited processing metadata as described in Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • create and maintain your Kliik account and profile;
  • operate the community features — publishing your posts, ranking the feed, and delivering feedback;
  • transcribe, de-identify, and improve voice feedback as described in Section 2;
  • protect the safety, security, and integrity of the Services;
  • provide support and communicate with you;
  • understand and improve how the Services are used; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

To the extent required by applicable law (including for users in the European Region), we rely on the legal bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

Publicly displayed information. By design, certain information is visible to other signed-in Members — for example your profile (photo, bio, type, links), your posts and videos, and the date you joined. Feedback you leave is shown to the recipient anonymously.

Google Sign-In.You authenticate using your Google account. Google’s handling of your information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the Services, including cloud hosting and storage (Google Cloud Platform), the AI transcription and language services described in Section 2, and analytics and security providers. These providers may only use your information to perform tasks on our behalf.

Legal, safety, and reorganization. We may share information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights and safety of Members and others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case Member information may be transferred).

We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.

5. How We Transfer and Protect Your Information

We operate using technical infrastructure in the United States and may process your information there and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We protect your personal information through technical and administrative measures designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations. Raw voice-feedback audio is deleted after processing. If you delete a post or your account, we remove the associated content, except information we are required or permitted to retain by law or to protect the safety and integrity of the Services.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can edit much of your information directly in your profile settings. To exercise other rights, email us at contact@feather.rsvp. If you are in the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will let you know by posting a notice through the Services and/or emailing you. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
